OT Children and Youth SIS Meeting
Wed. 4/15/15, 6:30 – 8:30 pm

Rundlett Middle School Concord, NH

Sensory Stations – How to reach more students and plan for what they need throughout the school day

Presented by Sandy Olin, OTR/L with lots of discussion, participation

Sandy did a great presentation on Vision Clubs and offered to also do one on Sensory Stations, particularly to help when an OT is not immediately available. She has had considerable success with this and visual practice in her schools in Sunapee NH. It will be a sharing and definitely participatory and we can share digitally. She will discuss apps to enhance sensory options, tracking forms for students and teachers, and develop a list of resources for us to take home.

We encourage you to bring a laptop or device to record relevant parts of the discussion and any forms shared and devised by Sandy and the group.

2 CEU's, members - $10, non-mem. - $20, students free, no need to RSVP
