    • July 23, 2020: Great news on the Legislative Front!! Governor Sununu signed HB1623 into law on Monday which makes the emergency order allowing and reimbursing telehealth permanent law. This means 2 things: 1. Occupational Therapists are allowed to perform and bill for telehealth services (Allied Health Professionals) and 2. Medicaid and private insurances registered in the state of NH need to reimburse telehealth at the same rate as in person services.  What this does not include is Medicare and out of state insurances.  It is always good practice to verify insurance benefits prior to rendering services.
