    SIS Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to the event will be refunded less a 25% administrative fee.  Alternatively, the registration fee may be applied as a credit toward another event.  Refunds will be issued to the payment processor (credit card, Stripe account, etc.) used to make the original payment.  Please allow 5-15 business days for the processing of refunds.

    Presenter: Madison Janelle, OTS

    Presenter Bio: Madison is an OT student at UNH currently completing her level 2B Fieldwork at Concord Hospital's inpatient behavioral health floor. Madison has experience as a Resident Advisor and Community Assistant where she completed Safe Space training and is an aspiring ally to the LGBTQ+ community.


    1. Participants will understand key terminology and laws surrounding the LGBTQ+ population.
    2. Participants will understand the prevalence and incidence of mental illness in the LGBTQ+ population.
    3. Participants will have knowledge of and access to resources in the form of support groups and informational handouts.
