    Payment Policy
    Refunds or credits issued for future event registrations are available according to the guidelines described in the Cancellation Policy provided on the Web Site.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    SIS Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to the event will be refunded less a 25% administrative fee.  Alternatively, the registration fee may be applied as a credit toward another event.

    Conference Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 1 week prior to the event will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee.  No refunds accepted less than 1 week prior to the event due to catering commitment.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    The New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Association (NHOTA) does not ship goods.
