Description

Are you an Occupational Therapy Practitioner (OTP) looking to enhance your skills and better support your clients with disabilities? Join us for an exciting and informative webinar hosted by the New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Association on June 18th from 6:30-8:00PM. For the first hour of this webinar, we'll dive into the top 10 iOS features that every OT practitioner should know about! These features are designed to empower individuals with disabilities, making everyday tasks more accessible and manageable. But that's not all! We'll also reveal some iOS features that you should "never" use… and why! For the last half hour, we'll collaborate to create a shared document compiling everyone's favorite apps and features to support different diagnoses. This resource will be invaluable for your practice and for sharing with colleagues, so bring your ideas! Objectives: By the end of the presentation, attendees will identify 1 iOS feature that they can use in their practice to support participation of a person with a disability. By the end of the presentation, attendees will identify a potential negative consequence of implementing an iOS accessibility feature without proper training from among a list of choices. By the end of the presentation, attendees will identify an iOS app that they can use in their practice to support participation of a person with a disability.
