About the Speaker:

Story worked in public schools as an elementary school teacher, high school special educator and program director for at-risk teens in regular education for 30+ years before going back to school herself. She completed her dual academic program at River Valley Community College. She is now a licensed PTA. She is currently doing a level II fieldwork placement in the behavioral health unit at Concord Hospital. She hopes to practice in a setting where she can use both sets of skills.

The mission of the New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Association is to advance the practice of occupational therapy in our state. We will accomplish this mission by supporting OT practitioners with education, mentorship opportunities, and fostering communities.  We will advocate for the profession's growth and quality at the local, state, and national level. NHOTA will raise awareness an educate the public on the unique contributions of occupational therapy.
