Motus Nova is a neuro-rehabilitation robotic company that provides game-based, AAROM robotics for the wrist and ankle. Their Medicare-covered devices have been researched to help patients with neurological injuries improve strength, ROM, and endurance. Motus Nova will present about patient populations who can benefit, how to use Motus Nova with your patients, and real case studies. Come by to try it out for yourself! 

Learning Objectives: 

  • Participants will be able to describe what Motus Nova is and what patients can benefit 
  • Participants will be able to describe how Motus Nova can be used in a patient's home exercise program
  • Participants will be able to explain Motus Nova to a patient and how it can functionally impact their therapy goals

About NHOTA

The mission of the New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Association is to advance the practice of occupational therapy in our state. We will accomplish this mission by supporting OT practitioners with education, mentorship opportunities, and fostering communities.  We will advocate for the profession's growth and quality at the local, state, and national level.
